Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Efektivitas Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Merauke

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of human resources (HR) on the effectiveness of curriculum development and educational personnel at the Merauke Regency Education and Culture Office. The research method used was a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and observation. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression, the t-test (partial), and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that Human Resources (HR) have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of curriculum development and educational personnel at the Merauke Regency Office of Education and Culture. The t-test results show that the calculated t-value of 5.860 is greater than the critical t-value of 2.042, and the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The regression coefficient of 0.731 indicates that every improvement in the quality of human resources will enhance the effectiveness of curriculum development and educational personnel. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.534 indicates that the human resources variable accounts for 53.4% of the variation in the effectiveness of curriculum development and educational personnel, while 46.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the quality of human resources, the greater the effectiveness of curriculum development and educational personnel at the Merauke Regency Education and Culture Office.
